Запис A (хост) пов'язує ваше доменне ім'я з вашою IP-адресою. Записи A дозволяють користувачам вводити своє доменне ім'я у веб-браузер для переходу на ваш веб-сайт. Це найбільш розповсюджений тип записів зони.

Додати запис А

1. In the DNS Zone File, click Add Record.

Запис CNAME (псевдонім) вказує на запис A (хост). Можна створити декілька записів CNAME і пов’язати їх із записом A. Найчастіше записи CNAME є дочірніми доменами www та ftp.

Записи CNAME полегшують керування вашими даними DNS. У випадку зміни IP-адреси запису A усі записи CNAME, пов'язані з цим записом A, автоматично перейдуть на нову IP-адресу. Альтернативне рішення - багато записів A - складніше за використання записів CNAME.

Щоб відновити записи MX для імені домену за замовчанням, клацніть «Відновити параметри за замовчанням» у розділі CNAME (псевдонім) редактора файлів зони.

Поштові сервери надсилають і отримують електронні повідомлення в Інтернеті. Записи MX (обмінник поштою) вказують і визначають пріоритети для серверів вхідної пошти, що отримують електронні повідомлення, надіслані на ім’я вашого домену. Normally, you have multiple MX records assigned to your domain name, which can prevent lost email messages during an outage. Each MX record has a priority, or a number to designate the order in which your domain name's incoming mail servers receive your email messages. The MX record with the lowest number is the first, or primary, mail server to which outgoing mail servers attempt to deliver your email messages.

Запис TXT (текстовий) - це інформаційний запис, який можна використовувати для надання додаткової інформації щодо певної служби. За допомогою запису можна додавати примітки щодо хосту, або його можна відформатувати для передачі технічної інформації на сервери. Ви можете ввести до 255 символів, використовуючи формат ім'я = значення, при якому символи перед першим знаком = - це ім'я, а все, що після першого знаку =, - це значення.

УВАГА: можна створити декілька записів TXT, але їхня спільна довжина не повинна перевищувати 512 символів.

Запис структури політики фільтрації відправників (SPF - Sender Policy Framework) - це тип запису TXT, що дає змогу чітко визначити сервери вихідної пошти, які можуть надсилати електронні листи з вашого доменного імені. Коли сервери вхідної пошти отримують електронні повідомлення від вашого доменного імені, вони порівнюють запис SPF з інформацією сервера вихідної пошти. Якщо інформація не збігається, електронне повідомлення вважається неавторизованим.

To add an SPF record, you need to use our classic DNS Manager.

Додавання запису SPF

1. In the DNS Zone File, click Use classic DNS Mananger.
2. Натисніть Додати новий запис.

   • Us only — Sends email messages from our mail servers only.
   • Us and an ISP — Sends email messages via our mail servers and your ISP's mail servers.
   • An ISP or other mail provider — Sends email from your ISP's mail servers or from another mail provider.
   • No email is sent from this domain — Does not send email from this domain name.
5. У вкладці «Вхідні» виберіть один або декілька із зазначених нижче параметрів.
   • All Inbound Servers May Send Mail — Select this option to allow any incoming mail servers to send email messages. Most inbound mail servers send outbound NDRs (non-delivery receipts).
   • Select individual servers — Select the incoming mail servers allowed to receive email messages.
   • Enter Additional MX Addresses (one per line) — (Optional) Enter additional incoming MX (Mail Exchanger) addresses allowed to receive email messages.
   • Exclude all hosts not specified here (-all) — (Optional) Select this option to block any incoming mail servers not specified here from receiving email messages.
6. У вкладці «Вихідні» виберіть один або декілька із зазначених нижче параметрів.
   • All Addresses in A Records — Select this option if the IP addresses listed in your A records for the domain name are also outbound mail servers.
   • Enter Additional A Addresses (one per line) — (Optional) Enter additional outgoing A addresses allowed to send email messages.
   • Exclude all hosts not specified here (-all) — (Optional) Select this option to block any outgoing mail servers not specified here from sending email messages.
7. На вкладці «PTR» виберіть один або декілька із зазначених нижче параметрів.
   • PTR (DNS Lookup) — Select this option to allow all servers ending with your domain name to send email messages.
   • Enter Additional PTR Addresses (one per line) — (Optional) Enter additional PTR addresses allowed to send email messages.
   • Exclude all hosts not specified here (-all) — (Optional) Select this option to block any outgoing mail servers not specified here from sending email messages.

     УВАГА: PTR посилається зворотні записи DNS. У записі SPF, у тому числі PTR, серверу отримання SMTP надходить команда виконати зворотний перегляд DNS в IP-адресі сервера надсилання. У відповідь очікується отримати відповідність. Якщо ви ввели додаткові адреси PTR, закінчення відповідей в іменах цих доменів вважаються припустимими збігами.

8. На вкладці «Вихідні» виберіть один або декілька із зазначених нижче параметрів.
   • Enter Outsourced Domains (one per line) — If an ISP or other third-party server sends email messages from your domain name, enter the third-party domain names you are using.
   • Exclude all hosts not specified here (-all) — (Optional) Select this option to block any outgoing mail servers not specified here from sending email messages.
9. Клацніть «Зберегти файл зони», а потім клацніть «OK». У розділі TXT (текст) відобразиться запис SPF.

Записи SRV (служби) - це записи ресурсу, що застосовуються для позначення комп'ютерів, що розміщують певні служби на кшталт FTP. Служба може використовуватися з цим доменним іменем, або ж вона може викликатися іншим іменем.

   • Priority — Select the priority for the SRV record. For multiple records that have the same Name and Service, clients use the priority number to determine which Target to contact first.
   • Weight — Select the weight of the SRV record. For multiple records that have the same Name, Service, and Priority, clients use the weight number to determine which Target to contact first.
   • Port — Enter the port number for the service, such as 80 or 21.
   • Target — Enter the host name of the server that provides the service this record describes. For example, type ftp.coolexample.com. This host name must be an A or AAAA type in the DNS zone for the domain name that provides the service.
4. Click Save, and then click Save Changes. The SRV record displays in the SRV (Service) section.

Записи AAAA зберігають адреси 128-розрядного протоколу Інтернету версії 6 (IPv6), що не відповідають стандартному формату A-запису. Наприклад, 2001:0db8::85a3:0000:0000:6a2e:0371:7234 - це припустима адреса 128-розрядного/IPv6. Додання запису AAAA

Записи NS (сервера імен) дають стороннім серверам імен право керувати DNS для ваших дочірніх доменів. У кожному файлі зони має бути не менше двох записів NS. Якщо додати запис NS для дочірнього домену, дочірній домен і домен матимуть різні файли зони на сторонньому сервері імен.

Якщо ваше доменне ім'я зареєстроване в нас, скористайтеся нижченаведеними вказівками з настроювання його серверів імен, залежно від типу використання або хостингу доменного імені.

УВАГА: після додання записів NS ваш DNS відображатиметься в нашій системі близько 48 годин. Після оновлення елементів передачі ви більше не матимете доступу до DNS у нашій системі. Потрібно звернутися до стороннього постачальника, щоб налаштувати відповідний файл зони для того, щоб ім’я домену здійснювало майбутні оновлення в DNS.

You can filter DNS records for your zone file. For example, you can use the filter to view only your A records.

Фільтрування запису

1. Go to the DNS Zone File tab for the domain name you want to update.
2. На вкладці «Фільтр» виберіть записи зони, які хочете переглянути.

У Редакторі файлу зони можна видаляти непотрібні записи DNS.

Видалення запису

1. Go to the DNS Zone File tab for the domain name you want to update.
2. Виберіть запис, який хочете видалити, і натисніть «Видалити».
3. Click Save Changes.

У редакторі файлів зони можна перевірити правильність записів файлів зони вашого доменного імені. Результати відображаються біля кожного запису файла зони. Якщо один із записів неправильний, його можна виправити.

Функція "Перевірити записи зони" дозволяє здійснювати перевірку записів. Зокрема, здійснюється перегляд записів A та перевірка доменних імен, субдоменів та імен переспрямованих доменів на предмет правильності IP-адрес. Наприклад, якщо ви створите субдомен, не вказавши IP-адресу, відкриється вікно помилок файлів зони, де буде відображено помилки у стовпчику Статус та запропоновано можливість Виправити.

Перевірка записів файла зони вашого доменного імені

1. Click the Edit option to get to the Zone File Editor.
2. From the More icon, click Check Zone Records.

   УВАГА: якщо в записах немає помилок, відображається повідомлення «Успішно». Якщо в записі є помилка, клацніть «Виправити», щоб вирішити проблему.

3. Review the zone file record results, and then click Close.
