Declining Domain Account Changes

You can decline a pending request to move a domain from your account to another registrant's account.

To Decline an Account Change

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
  3. From the Domains menu, select Pending Account Changes.
  4. Select the domain for which you want to decline the account change.
  5. Click Decline.
  6. Select Decline domain account change, and then click OK to confirm the cancellation.
  7. Click OK again.
