Working with Templates in Web-Based Email

You can create email templates to have standard messages you send regularly to your recipients ready to access and send.

The following sections show you how to work with templates in different versions of Web-Based Email.

Email Legacy Version

To Create a Template

  1. Log in to your email account.
  2. Click Compose.
  3. Compose your message. For more information, see Composing Email Messages.
  4. Click Save as Template.
  5. In the Enter a template name field, enter the name you want to use for the template.
  6. Click Save & Close or Save & Edit, depending on whether you want to close the template or make additional changes.

To Access your Templates

  1. Log in to your email account.
  2. Click Templates.
  3. From the display list, click the name of the template you want to send.
  4. Complete the fields and make any necessary changes. For more information, see Composing Email Messages.
  5. Click Send.

To Delete your Templates

  1. Log in to your email account.
  2. Click Templates.
  3. From the display list, use the checkbox to select the template you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
