Inserting Hyperlinks in Email Messages

When using the Rich Text Editor, you can insert hyperlinks in your Web-Based Email messages.

NOTE: The Rich Text Editor is not compatible with Apple Safari.

To Insert a Hyperlink in an Email Message

  1. Click the Compose button.
  2. If necessary, click the Rich Text tab.
  3. From the email toolbar menu, select the gray link icon.
  4. Click Insert hyperlink.

    NOTE: If you have an Online File Folder account, a list displays, and you should click Insert Hyperlink.

  5. From the Type list, select the type of hyperlink you want to insert.
  6. In the URL field, type the URL of the hyperlink you want to add.
  7. From the Target field, specify whether you want the link to open in a new window.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Continue composing your email message.
