By compressing files in your Online File Folder, you can minimize the amount of storage space that your files use. You also minimize the size of outgoing email message attachments.
NOTE: Compressed files are stored with a .zip extension.
You can provide extra security for your files by encrypting them. When you encrypt a file, you must decrypt the file before you can view it.
