Removing Links to Shared Files in Online File Folder

By removing the link to a shared file in Online File Folder, you "unshare" the file so that users cannot access it.
To Remove the Link to a Shared File
- Log in to Online File Folder.
- Go to the Files tab.
- Open the folder that contains the file you want to unshare.
- Select the files you want to unshare.
NOTE: To select multiple files at once, hold down the Control button and click the folders you are unsharing.
- Click the Actions menu button, represented by a chevron or down arrow.
- Click More.
- Click Unshare.
- Click OK.
