Setting Composing Preferences

You can customize your composing preferences for your Web-Based Email through the Settings menu.
To Set Composing Preferences
- From the Settings menu, click Display Settings.
- Click the Composing tab.
- Set the following preferences:
- Use Pop-up Compose
- Use a pop-up window to compose email messages.
- Use HTML Compose
- Use the Rich Text (HTML) Editor to compose email messages.
- Select Spell Check Tool
- Select Firefox 2.0 to use Firefox's built-in spell checking feature. Select Web-Based Email to use Web-Based Email's spell checking feature.

- Always Spell Check Before Send
- Spell check email messages before you send them.
- Default Message Font
- Set the default font type, color, and size used when composing messages.
- Default Delay for Scheduled Email Delivery
- Set a default time for scheduling to send an email message, selecting the day, hour, and minute increment.
NOTE: When you compose an email message, the default schedule time will reflect the option you selected. For example, if you set the default for five hours, when you compose an email message, the default scheduled time for delivery will be five hours later than your current time.
- Put People I Reply to in My Address Book
- Automatically add a new contact to your address book when you reply to an email message from the contact.
- Unsaved Draft Protection
- Select an option for handling email messages that you do not save or send.
- Automatically Save Draft
- Automatically save a draft while composing messages, from the list, select the frequency for auto-saving.
- Copy Email Messages to Sent Items
- Specify an option for copying messages to your Sent Items folder.
- Include Reply by default
- Automatically include your reply when you send and file the original email message.
- Disable Photo Store
- Disable the Photo Store print option for recipients using Web-Based Email, when you send images in your email messages.
- Save a copy of message in Sent Items
- Save sent messages in your Sent Items folder.
- Click OK.
