What FTP software do you recommend?

There are a number of popular FTP clients available online. We recommend:

• FileZilla for Mac & PC — after downloading see Connecting to Your Hosting Account with FileZilla (FTP)
• gFTP for Linux

You can also use the application you used to build your website (e.g. Dreamweaver) or your hosting account's file manager (more info).
