Scheduling Synchronization

You can set a time and frequency that you want your folders to automatically synchronize. To use the schedule feature, you must first set up a sync. For more information, see Creating a Sync.

To Schedule Synchronization

  1. From the Syncs list, select the sync you want to edit and click Edit.
  2. Verify that the selected folders and sync options are correct and make any necessary updates.
  3. Go to the Schedule tab.
  4. Enter the Windows user name and password you use to access your computer.
  5. Select the frequency with which you want to synchronize your folders.
    None
    Disables scheduled synchronization for your folders.
    Once
    Allows you to select a date and time to synchronize your folders, only once.
    Daily
    Allows you to select a time for your folders to synchronize each day.
    Weekly
    Allows you to select the day of the week and time for your folders to synchronize each week.
    Monthly
    Allows you to select the day of the month and time for your folders to synchronize each month.
  6. Based on your frequency selection, select the date and time, time, or day and time that you want synchronization to occur.
  7. Click OK.
