Building a Sign-up Form

You can customize your Express Email Marketing sign-up form by:

  • Determining which questions to ask.
  • Making specific questions required.
  • Creating custom questions.
  • Determining the order in which each question displays on the form.
  • Adding your company logo or other image to the form.
  • Using custom text to create a hyperlink to another Web site.
  • Modifying the font and colors.

To Build a Sign-up Form

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Open Express Email Marketing for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click Opt-In Magnet, then click Build Sign-Up Form.
  5. On the Select Questions page, select the fields to include on the form.
  6. To require visitors to complete certain fields, select Required for those fields.
  7. Enter any custom questions to include on the form. For more information, see Creating Custom Questions for the Sign-up Form.
  8. Click Next.
  9. On the Design Form page, add your logo or image to the form and modify the font selection, background and foreground color selections.
  10. To see a preview of the sign-up form, click Display Sign-Up Form.
  11. To complete and publish the form to the Internet, click OK.
