Hosted Exchange Email helps you to organize and manage your users by allowing you to create organizations in which you can group your users and allow them to collaborate. For example, you may have one organization that consists of the members of your sales force. You may have another organization that consists of all of your Division Managers.
Creating Organizations
You can create as many organizations as you need to manage your users.
To Add an Organization
- On the Hosted Exchange Email Manager Home page, at the top of the Organizations menu click the Create Organization hyperlink.

On the Organizations page, click the Create Organization button on the right side of the page. - On the Organization Settings page, in the Name field, enter a name for the new organization.
- In the Domains field, select an available domain, or click Add Domain and then enter a domain name.
- Click Save.
Viewing and Editing Organizations
You can create as many organizations as you need to manage your users.
To View a Listing of Your Organizations
- On the Hosted Exchange Email Manager Home page, in the Organizations menu, click the Show All hyperlink.
To View and Edit the Details of an Organization
- Go to the Organizations tab.
- From the Select an Organization list, select the organization for which you want to view the Settings and Information.
- (Optional) To change the Name of the organization, in the Name field, delete the current name and enter a new name for the organization.
- (Optional) To change the domain for the organization in the Domains field, select an available domain, or click Add Domain and then enter a domain name.
- Click Save.
Deleting Organizations
You can delete an organization at any time. If you delete an organization, the email addresses, email forwards, SharePoint sites, contacts, and distribution lists, etc. that were created under that organization are also deleted.
To Delete an Organization
- Go to the Organizations tab.
- From the Select an Organization list, select the organization that you want to delete.
- Verify that the organization you want to delete displays in the Organization Settings area. Then, click the Remove Organization hyperlink.
- In the Delete Organization window, click OK to verify you want to delete the selected organization and all email addresses, email forwards, SparePoint sites, contacts, and distribution lists associated with it.
- Click Save.
