Navigating the View Window

There are four different views you can use when displaying the contents of your Online File Folder: List, Thumbnail, Filmstrip, and Column. The view buttons are located in the upper right corner of the Online File Folder interface, next to the navigation buttons. Click the View icon that represents the view you want to use.

To Navigate the Views

  1. Log in to Online File Folder.
  2. In your Folders list, select the folder that you want navigate.
  3. In the view pane, double-click the folder or subfolder that contains the file or folder you want to open.
  4. If necessary, repeat step two until you open the folder that contains the file you want to open.

NOTE: In the Columns view, single-click to open a folder or subfolder. Each new folder opens in the next column on the right. When you click on a file, a preview of the file opens in the next column.
