Quick Blogcast now automatically saves your blog entries as you write them, including both draft entries and existing entries you're editing. This feature is helpful in case you experience any type of system failure.

When you create a draft entry, Quick Blogcast automatically saves it every two minutes. Similarly, if you open an existing (saved) entry to edit, Quick Blogcast autosaves the document every two minutes. The time that the entry was last autosaved displays at the bottom of the window.

NOTE: The Autosave feature is only active when adding or editing entries in the Write screen. It is disabled when you are working with entries in the HTML screen.

If you experience any type of system failure, when you return to Quick Blogcast, you are prompted with a Window displaying the title (if applicable) and the time it was last autosaved. You have the option to Save or Discard this entry.

If the Entry is a Draft

Save
Opens the draft blog entry.
Discard
Permanently removes the draft entry.

If You Previously Saved the Entry

Save
Overwrites the original entry and opens the autosaved version.
Discard
Permanently removes the autosaved version and opens the original entry.
