Welcome to the Design Manager
The Design Manager helps you stay informed about your project(s) at all times; you can use the Design Manager 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Design Manager allows you to:
- follow the status of your project(s)
- share content with your Design Specialist
- view designs, provide feedback, and submit approval
Using the Design Manager, you can also easily request updates to your Web site.
If your Design Specialist needs content from you or has a question, you are notified through the Design Manager. You can send a message and/or upload content and send it directly to your Design Specialist.
If your Design Specialist is ready for you to review a design concept, they share it with you through the Design Manager. You can view the design and easily submit your approval or constructive comments.

To Log In to the Design Manager
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- From My Products, select Web Site Design Services or Logo Design.
- Click Launch next to the project you want to work with.
- If necessary, select the project you want to work with. A list displays if you have multiple projects.
To See an Overview of Your Design Services Project
- Log in to the Design Manager and launch the project you want to work with.
- From the home page, you can get an overview of your project from the following sections:
- Active Projects
- An overview of your current projects.
- Completed Projects
- A listing of your completed projects, if any.
- Timeline
- Displays the current status of your project, any actions that are required, and gives an overview of the entire design process. For information about monitoring the progress of your project, see Monitoring the Status of Your Project.
- Recent Messages
- Lists the most recent sent and received messages. For information about sending and viewing messages, see Sending and Viewing Messages.
- Send a File
- Send files directly to your designer. For information about sending files to your design specialist, see How do I send files to the design specialist?.
To View or Send Messages
- Log in to the Design Manager and launch the project you want to work with.
- In the Design Manager, go to the Messages tab.
- (Optional) To view your message history, click (+).
- (Optional) To reply to a message, click Reply, then, in the Leave a Message area, enter a message for your Design Specialist and click Send.
- (Optional) To send files to your Designer, click Browse, select your files, and then click Upload. To upload multiple files, press the Ctrl key while selecting your files.
- (Optional) Click Clear All to remove your files.

Sending and Viewing Messages..
To View or Upload and Send Files
- Log in to the Design Manager and launch the project you want to work with.
- In the Design Manager, go to the Files tab.
- (Optional) To view the files that you and your designer added to your project, from the View Files list, select All files View Concepts Only.
- (Optional)To send files to your Designer, click Browse, select your files, and then click Upload.
- (Optional) Click Clear All to remove your files.

How do I send files to the design specialist?
To Request Site Updates
- Log in to the Design Manager and launch the project for which you want to request an update.
- In the Design Manager, click Design Updates.
- Click the Create New Project link next to the account you want to update. If the link does not display, your designer may be currently designing or updating your site.
- In the Update Request field, describe the changes you are requesting.
- Click Submit Request.
