Following your purchase of any design service, you receive an email message that explains your next steps and the interview process. Some of our Design Services offer an Interactive Online Interview. The interview is a very important part of the design process. It is designed to be convenient and self-paced so that you can stop at any point, save your information, and continue later after you have time to think about your answers. After you complete the interview, a design professional contacts you (within two business days) to schedule a review of your information and answer any questions you have, and discuss the time line for building your site.

If your product does not currently offer an Interactive Online Interview, a Design Specialist will contact you to schedule a telephone consultation.

Your Design Specialist cannot begin your project until you provide all of the content for your site. Design Specialists cannot provide Web site content, create an identity for your business, compose a tag line, or develop position statements. Your input is vital to the design process. A great way to start developing your vision is by noting Web sites and logos that have elements that catch your attention. Take note of colors, styles, and functionality.

Note: When your Design Specialist begins the design process, major changes cannot be made to your project. Your Design Specialist cannot continually add content throughout the Web site, layout, or logo design process. When you submit your content, be sure you have included everything you want on your site.
