Blocking and Allowing Email Addresses and Domains in Web-Based Email

Blocking an email address (example@example.com) or domain name (example.com) treats email messages from that email address or domain as spam and filters them based on your spam settings.

Allowing an email address permits receipt of any message from that email address or domain.

To Block or Allow an Address

  1. Log in to your Web-Based Email account.
  2. Click the name of the folder that contains the email address you want to add.
  3. From the message list, select the check boxes of one or more email messages.
  4. From the Apply This Action list, select Block Sender or Allow Sender.
  5. Click Apply.

To Block or Allow a Domain Name

  1. Log in to your Web-Based Email account.
  2. Click the name of the folder that contains the domain name you want to add.
  3. From the message list, select the check boxes of one or more email messages.
  4. From the Apply This Action list, select Block Domain or Allow Domain.
  5. Click Apply.
