Copying a Directory from One Location to Another Using the File Manager

To Copy a Directory in Your Hosting Account From One Location to Another Using the Hosting Control Center's File Manager

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to manage, click Manage Account.
  4. In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Manager icon.
  5. Use the directory tree to navigate to the directory you want to copy.
  6. Select the directory and click the Copy button.
  7. Select the directory from the Root Tab into which you would like to copy the selected directory.
  8. Click OK.

The directory will now be copied to the new location.

NOTE: If a directory of the same name resides in the location where you have selected to copy the directory you will be prompted as to whether or not you want to overwrite the existing directory and its contents.
