Removing a Group of Subscribers

You can remove a group of subscribers from an imported file instead of removing subscribers one by one. When creating the file (TXT or CSV) that will serve as the imported list to remove, each email address must be included on a single line. The removal process requires a list of email addresses in separate rows, not a single row separated by a delimiter.

To Remove Groups of Subscribers

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Express Email Marketing.
  3. On the Express Email Marketing page, click Open Express Email Marketing for the account you want to modify.
  4. Click List Database Manager, and then click Remove Subscribers.
  5. Click Browse, locate and select the file containing the email addresses to remove from your subscriber list, and click Open.
  6. Click Import File.

You can view the results in the Overview page.
