Changing the Email Account You Associated with Your Online File Folder

If you have set up your Online File Folder account, you must delete the setup account to set it up with a new email address.

To Change the Email Account Associated with Your Online File Folder

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Online File Folder.
  3. Select the Online File Folder account you want to delete, and then click the Manage Account hyperlink.
  4. Select the account, and click the Delete icon.
  5. Allow a few minutes for your request to process. From the Online File Folder Plans header, click the Activate button.
  6. Select the Online File Folder plan and email address you want to associate with your Online File Folder account.
  7. Complete the following
    User Name
    Enter a user name for your Online File Folder account.
    Set Password
    Enter the password you want to use for your Online File Folder account.
    Confirm
    Confirm your password.

    NOTE: When you select the email address you are associating with the account, these fields may be completed automatically with the information for that email account.

    Click OK.
