How To: Remove a Dedicated IP Address from a Hosting Account

To remove the Dedicated IP address associated with your hosting account, follow these directions:

First, log into your customer account:

Go to the Account Login Page . Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.

Once logged in, follow these steps:

  1. In the My Products section, click Hosting Account List.
  2. Click the applicable hosting account.
  3. On the right-hand side, click the link Remove Dedicated IP Address.
  4. Click OK.
