Manually Running a Backup or Sync

Even if you have set a regular schedule for your Backup or Sync, you can manually run the backup or synchronization at any time.
To Manually Run a Backup or Sync
- From your Start menu or your system tray, open File Backup.
- In the Backups and Syncs list, click the Actions menu button (represented by the down arrow icon) for the backup or sync you want to run.
- In the Actions menu, click Run.
File Backup checks the backup or sync and compares it to the folder(s) on your computer and/or Online File Folder, and performs the specified actions.
