Adding Contacts to the Address Book in Online File Folder

As you share and receive files, you can add contacts to your Online File Folder Address Book.

To Add a Contact to Your Address Book

  1. Log in to Online File Folder.
  2. Go to the Address Book tab.
  3. In the Add Contact section, complete the following:
    First Name
    Enter the contact's first name.
    Last Name
    Enter the contact's last name.
    Email
    Enter the contact's email address.
    Nickname
    Enter a nickname or display name for the contact.
  4. Click Add to Address Book.
