Attaching Files to Use with Tasks

You can attach files to Calendar tasks. Only members with Admin or Write permissions can add attachments to a task.

To Attach a File to a Task

  1. Log in to your Calendar account.
  2. On the navigation bar, click Tasks.
  3. Click Add Task.
  4. In the Add Task dialog box, click the Attachments tab.
  5. Click Add Attachments.
  6. Locate the file you want to attach, and then click Open.

    NOTE: Files can be up to 5 MB in size.

  7. The file name of the attachment displays on the Attachments tab.

  8. Click OK.
