Changing Your Notification Settings

You can change your Calendar Notification Settings at any time. These settings include:
- Show reminders
- Enables event reminders in your Desktop Calendar Tools. These display as popup messages in the lower right hand corner of your screen. However, you can drag the message window to reposition it in any location on your desktop.
- Show event summary
- Includes the summaries for events when you select Summary from the Desktop Calendar Tools menu.
- Show task summary
- Includes the summaries for tasks when you select Summary from the Desktop Calendar Tools menu.
- Enable sound
- Enables the system sounds for event and task notifications.
- Synchronize tasks
- Synchronizes your Outlook tasks with your Calendar tasks.
- Default snooze time
- Set how often you would like your notifications to wait before sending another reminder.
