Moving Messages to Different Folders

To organize your email messages in Web-Based Email, you can move them from one folder to another.
To Move Messages to a Different Folder
- From the Folders area, right-click the folder you want to move.
- Click Move Messages.
- Select the folder you want to move the messages to.
- Click OK.
This will move all of the email messages in that folder to the new folder.
