Retrieving Your Customer Number or Password

To log in to your account, you need your customer number and password. If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account. You access the system by clicking the "Forgot your password?" hyperlink on the manager login screen.

From the Account Retrieval System, you can use the following options to assist you in logging in to your account:

  • Retrieve Customer Number - Sends your customer number to the email address associated with the account.
  • Retrieve Password Hint - Displays your password hint.
  • Reset Password - Sends an authorization code to the email address associated with the account.

To Recover Your Customer Number

  1. Go to our login page.
  2. In the Password field, select the Forgot your password? option.
  3. Select Retrieve Customer Number.
  4. In the right panel, from the My list, select a product you purchased.
  5. In the Is field, enter the corresponding information for the product you selected.
  6. In the Enter the security access... field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.
  7. If your email address is correct, click Continue.

    NOTE: The name on the email address is masked with **** for security purposes. The number of * corresponds to the number of characters in the name of the email address. For example, john@coolexample.com is ****@coolexample.com, while jennifer@coolexample.com is ********@email.com.

To Retrieve Your Password Hint

  1. Go to our login page.
  2. In the Password field, select the Forgot your password? option.
  3. Select Retrieve Password Hint.
  4. In the right panel, in the Customer Number field, enter your customer number.
  5. In the Street Address field, enter the street address associated with your account.
  6. In the Enter the security access... field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.

Your password hint displays above the password field.

To Reset Your Password

  1. Go to our login page.
  2. In the Password field, select the Forgot your password? option.
  3. Select Reset Password.
  4. In the right panel, in the Customer Number field, enter your customer number.
  5. In the Email Address on Account field, enter the email address associated with the account.
  6. In the Enter the security access... field, enter the text that displays above the field, and then click Continue.

We send an authorization code for resetting your password to the email address associated with your account. To continue, follow the instructions in the email message.

NOTE: The authorization code is only valid for 2 hours from the time it was sent. If the authorization code expires, or if you use it and the reset fails, you can obtain a new code to attempt to reset your password again.
