Building Campaign Response Reports

Express Email Marketing tracks the response rate of your campaigns. You can select the campaign(s) you want to analyze, as well as the date range of the response rates.
To Build a Campaign Response Report
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Express Email Marketing.
- On the Express Email Marketing page, click Open Express Email Marketing for the account you want to modify.
- Click Response Analyzer, and then click Campaign Response.
- In the Campaign Response page, complete the following:
- Select Campaign Types
- Select the type of campaign you want to analyze, or click Select All.
- Select Campaign
- Select the campaign(s) you want to analyze, or click Select All.
- Select Date Range
- Check All to see the entire range of the campaign(s), or check From to specify your start and end dates.
- Click Next.
The response report for the selected campaign(s) displays.
