Selecting Campaign Recipients

Part of the Express Email Marketing campaign creation process is specifying the recipients of your email message. You can send your message to all of your subscribers or narrow the recipient list by interest group or demographics.
To Select Campaign Recipients
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Express Email Marketing.
- On the Express Email Marketing page, click Open Express Email Marketing for the account you want to modify.
- From the Email Designer menu, select click Create Email Campaign.
- To include all members of your subscriber list in the mailing, select Send to all subscribers.
- To include interest groups in the mailing, select the group(s).
- To further define the recipients of the campaign, in the Demographics section, click Limit by demographic information, and then select the condition(s) that include a range of answers. For example, you can limit the recipients to all subscribers who listed Arizona as their State in the mailing address.
NOTE: This feature applies only to those subscribers who belong to one of the groups selected in the "Send to all subscribers" or "Interest Groups" sections. - In the Additional Recipients section, click Also send to specific recipients, and then enter the email address you want included as a recipient.
