When you set up your Express Email Marketing account and send out campaigns, we ask that you agree to specific terms to ensure that your campaigns successfully reach your subscribers. As part of the agreement, we ask that you accept the bounce limit and not send spam. If we suspect that you have violated terms of the agreement, we will suspend your account and/or campaign. Below are reasons why your account may be suspended. To resolve an issue, please contact the Abuse Department.

Unverified Email Addresses
We may suspend your Express Email Marketing account if your Import List has too many unverified email addresses. If we receive bounce back emails from these addresses, we suspect the addresses have been used for spamming. When you set up your campaign, we asked that you verify addresses and refrain from sending spam as it is an illegal activity.
Unverified Subscribers
We may suspend your Express Email Marketing account because of an excessive number of invalid email addresses from Unverified subscribers in your last campaign email. If we received excessive bounce back emails for these addresses, we will not send the campaign to the remainder of your Unverified subscribers. Unverified subscribers are subscribers who have not yet had their email confirmed by successfully receiving three email campaigns.
Spam Complaints
We may suspended Express Email Marketing account because we receive too many spam complaints. Spam, as a reminder, is unsolicited commercial email. We make every effort to contact you prior to the suspension and send you prior warnings.
