To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Hosted Exchange Email Account Plan
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Email.
- Above the Email Accounts list, click Hosted Exchange Email Plans.
- On the Manage Hosted Exchange Email page, click the name of the account you want to upgrade or downgrade.
- In the Account Details section, click the Upgrade/Downgrade Account link.
- In the Upgrade/Downgrade Options section, select the Hosted Exchange Email plan that you want and then click Continue.
- In the shopping cart, review the list of products that you are purchasing, select a payment method, read and confirm you have read the Universal Terms of Service, and then click Checkout Now to complete your transaction.
NOTE: If you are upgrading an existing email account to Hosted Exchange Email with Mobile, call to have one of our support representatives reset the account for you.
