Upgrading or Downgrading Your Hosted Exchange Email Plan

To Upgrade or Downgrade Your Hosted Exchange Email Account Plan

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Email.
  3. Above the Email Accounts list, click Hosted Exchange Email Plans.
  4. On the Manage Hosted Exchange Email page, click the name of the account you want to upgrade or downgrade.
  5. In the Account Details section, click the Upgrade/Downgrade Account link.
  6. In the Upgrade/Downgrade Options section, select the Hosted Exchange Email plan that you want and then click Continue.
  7. In the shopping cart, review the list of products that you are purchasing, select a payment method, read and confirm you have read the Universal Terms of Service, and then click Checkout Now to complete your transaction.

NOTE: If you are upgrading an existing email account to Hosted Exchange Email with Mobile, call to have one of our support representatives reset the account for you.
