Wiping BlackBerry Smartphones

From your Microsoft Email account, you can wipe your BlackBerry® smartphone.

To Wipe a BlackBerry Smartphone

  1. Click the BlackBerry Devices folder.
  2. Select the BlackBerry smartphone you want to delete from your account.
  3. Click Wipe.
  4. Select Wipe selected smartphone(s), and then click OK.

    NOTE:Wiping the BlackBerry smartphone permanently deletes all of the information currently on the smartphone including contacts, text messages, email messages, and images.

NOTE: To use your BlackBerry with Hosted Exchange Email, you must have BlackBerry Enterprise Server as part of your calling plan. For more information about BlackBerry Enterprise Server, refer to your carrier.
