Once you purchase ColdFusion for your hosting account, you have to enable it in your Account Manager.

NOTE: Due to compatibility issues between ColdFusion and IIS 7, adding ColdFusion to a hosting account running IIS 7 causes an automatic downgrade to IIS 6.

To Enable ColdFusion on Your Hosting Account

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
  3. Click on the name of the hosting account you want to upgrade.
  4. In the Hosting Account Details section on the right, click Apply ColdFusion to this Account.
