When you add Premium Listing to a domain, it goes through an approval process to exclude potential trademark infringement and misspellings in the domain name. The approval process usually takes a few minutes, but it can be denied at any time.

You can view your Premium Listings to determine your domain's status, which may be one of the following:

Listing Active
Your domain was approved for the Premium Listings status.
Pending Active
Your request to add the Premium Listings status to your domain is pending.
Pending Removal
Your request to remove the Premium Listings status from your domain is pending.
Pending Update
There are pending changes you submitted for the domain.
Denied
Your domain was denied because it potentially infringes a trademark or includes misspellings.
Sold
Your domain was sold.
Expired
Your Premium Listing expired.
Approved - Not Listed
Your domain was approved, but you need to enter the amount of commission you want to offer and the domain's price. You can edit these fields through the Domain Manager. For more information, see Adding Premium Listings to Domains.

If any of your Premium Listings are denied, you can request a refund.
