You can set up rules to move messages into specific folders. You define the rules based on one of the fields in an email message (From, To, CC, To or From, To or CC, To or From or CC, or Subject) and a value that you specify. Messages that match the rule are moved into a folder that you selected. For example, you can add a rule for all messages that contain "webmaster" in the From field to move into the "Web" folder.
