Turning Auto Reply/Vacation Messages On

You can create an Auto Reply/Vacation Message for your Web-Based Email. Your reply is automatically sent in response to any email messages you receive while your Auto Reply is enabled.

To Turn an Auto Reply/Vacation Message On

  1. From the Settings menu, select Personal Settings.
  2. Go to the Auto Reply tab.
  3. Select Enable auto reply.
  4. For Reply From, select Default to use your email address, or select Custom and then enter a different email address or name.
  5. For Reply Subject, select the default subject or select Custom and then enter the subject you want to use for your reply.
  6. For Start Time, select Start Now to enable your Auto Reply immediately, or select Start On and specify a date and time to enable your Auto Reply message.
  7. For End Time, select No End Time to keep your Auto Reply enabled indefinitely, or select End On and specify a date and time to disable your Auto Reply message.
  8. In the Reply Message text field, type your auto reply/vacation message.
  9. Click OK.
