Organizing Photos in Photo Galleries

In Photo Album, you can change the order in which your photos display in photo galleries, move them to other galleries, tag them with keywords or phrases, or delete them. To rearrange photos, you must sort them alphabetically or by date or drag them to a new location on the Order Gallery Photos page. To Rearrange Photos in Photo Galleries

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Photo Album.
  3. In your Photo Album Account list, click Manage Account next to the account you want to modify.
  4. Click the name of the photo gallery that contains the photos you want to move.
  5. Go to the Organize tab.
  6. Click Organize Photos.
  7. Drag the photo you want to move to the new location within the gallery.
    or
    Apply an action from the Organize photos by list:
    Photo Name A-Z
    Rearranges photos alphabetically by file name, from A to Z.
    Photo Name Z-A
    Rearranges photos alphabetically by file name, from Z to A.
    Date Uploaded (most recent first)
    Rearranges photos by date, with the most recently added photo displaying first.
    Date Uploaded (oldest first)
    Rearranges photos by date, with the oldest photo displaying first.
  8. Click Save.

    NOTE: You can click Cancel to restore the photos to their original order for this session.
