Using Shortcut Keys in Workspace Email

There are several keyboard shortcuts available in Web-Based Email to make everyday tasks such as sending, replying, and composing email easier and faster.
To Use Shortcut Keys
- Open Web-Based Email.
- Hover over the Settings drop-down menu, and then select Display Settings.
- Click the Other tab.
- Shortcut keys are enabled by default. To disable shortcut keys, uncheck the box next to Enable shortcut keys. Check the box to re-enable the shortcuts.
- Click OK.
Here is a list of the keyboard shortcuts and what they do:

Open new message | Enter | Opens selected message |
Send | CTRL (PC) or CMD (Mac) + Enter | Sends message from the composer |
Return to message list | l | Refreshes the page and returns to the previous message list |
Reply | r | Replies to message sender |
Reply All | a | Replies to all message recipients |
Forward | f | Forwards a message |
Compose | c | Opens a new message in the Compose window |
Mark as Read | Shift + r | Marks your message as "read" |
Mark as Unread | Shift + u | Marks your message as "unread" |
Flag | g | Flags message |
Clear Flag | Shift + g | Clears flags |
Search | s | Opens the Search page |
p | Prints selected messages | |
Save as Draft | CTRL (PC) or CMD (Mac) + s | In the composer, saves message to the draft folder |
Save as Template | CTRL (PC) or CMD (Mac) + Shift + m | Saves message to the Templates folder |
Select next email | Down arrow or j | Selects the next email in the message list |
Select previous email | Up arrow or k | Selects the previous email in the message list |
Delete email | Delete or Backspace | Deletes the selected emails |
Select All | CTRL (PC) or CMD (Mac) + a | Selects all emails in the current message list |
Deselect Email | Esc | Deselects all selected emails in the current message list |
Expand/Collapse | Tilde (Shift + `/~) | Expands or collapses preview pane |
