Managing Groups and Users in Calendar

Through Calendar, you can edit and delete groups and users at any time.
To Rename a Group
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- In Calendar section, locate the group you want to manage, and then click the white triangle to the right of the calendar name.
- Select Rename Group, and then enter the new name for the group.
- Click Rename & Save.
To Delete a Group
CAUTION: Deleting a group permanently deletes files and information associated with the group, such as group calendars, events, resources, and files.
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- In Calendar section, locate the group you want to manage, and then click the white triangle to the right of the calendar name.
- Select Delete Group, and then click Yes.
To Edit or Delete a Member
- Log in to your Calendar account.
- In Calendar section, locate the group you want to manage, and then click the white triangle to the right of the calendar name.
- Select Edit Members.
- (Optional) To delete a member, click X next to the user, and then click OK.
- (Optional) To edit the permissions of a user, click Yes or No in the Admin section to toggle between the two options.
