Adding Videos to Photo Album
Upload, view and share videos in your Photo Album account. You can upload your videos using the Advanced Uploading tool. Uploads are limited to 150 MB and 5 files per upload. You cannot upload videos that exceed your account storage limit. For a complete list of supported video file types, see Video File Requirements for Photo Album.
NOTE: To ensure you have enough space for your selected videos, we recommend you check your available storage prior to uploading. Using more space than your allowance will result in overage charges. Find your available space in your Account Settings.
Photo Album requires the most recent version of Flash® to upload videos. If you do not have the most updated version, we recommend you download it before uploading videos.
To Add a Video File to Photo Album
NOTE: You can only upload videos into public galleries at this time.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Photo Album.
- In your Photo Album account list, click Manage Account next to the account you want to modify.
- Click Upload.
- From the Select a gallery list, select the gallery where you want to upload the video.
- Click Browse, and then locate and select the video you want to upload.
- Click Upload.
Note: You can check your video upload status by clicking on Tools, and then Upload Status. Videos may take a few minutes to complete uploading. Once uploaded, a confirmation message displays.
