Using Letterheads in Workspace Email

Workspace Webmail lets you create letterheads for your email messages, which are graphics that display in your email messages.
To Create and Preview a Letterhead
- Log in to your Workspace Webmail account.
- From the Settings menu, select Personal Settings.
- Go to the Signature tab.
- Click Upload Image for the letterhead section you want to use, click Browse, locate the image on your computer, and then click Open.
- Select image's repetition options.
- (Optional) Select Automatically insert letterhead in HTML compose window, and Match width of message text to width of top/bottom images.
If you did not select Automatically insert letterhead in HTML compose window, you can insert your letterhead by clicking Insert Letterhead from the Compose window.
