Enabling cPanel Hot Link Protection

To prevent other sites from using your bandwidth by directly linking to files on your account, cPanel offers Hot Link Protection. For more information, see cPanel's documentation.
To Enable Hot Link Protection
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- Click Web Hosting.
- Next to the cPanel account you want to use, click Manage.
- In the Security section, click Hot Link Protection.
- Click Enable.
You can configure the settings by changing the values of the fields in the Configure Hotlink Protection section, and then clicking Submit.
