Viewing the Refunds Report

The refunds report shows which products/services customers have canceled. These should show up within minutes of cancelation.
To View the Refunds Report
- Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
- Go to the Reports tab, and then from the Sales and Commissions menu, select Refunds.
- From the Show or Date menu, select or enter the date range you want to view, and then click View Report.
NOTE: You cannot select a time period greater than one year.
