Viewing the Refunds Report

The refunds report shows which products/services customers have canceled. These should show up within minutes of cancelation.

To View the Refunds Report

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Center.
  2. Go to the Reports tab, and then from the Sales and Commissions menu, select Refunds.
  3. From the Show or Date menu, select or enter the date range you want to view, and then click View Report.

    NOTE: You cannot select a time period greater than one year.
