The Reseller program is pretty flexible when it comes to how you set up and manage accounts. While we keep a strict eye on security, we also work to make the various accounts you interact with easy to use.

Note: To receive support for any account, you must have the username or customer number and four-digit call-in security PIN for that account. For help, see Finding or Changing Your Call-in PIN.

Here is a list of the accounts you might come in contact with:

Reseller Account

  • The account where you purchase and annually renew your Reseller business.
  • The account where you update commission payment information, use your free products, and access the Reseller Control Center.
  • You do not receive commission or special discounts on purchases made inside this account.

Note: You can always log in to your Reseller Control Center through https://www.resellercontrolcenter.com.

Customer Account

  • An account for purchasing products from your Reseller storefront at the retail price.
  • Any visitor to your storefront can sign up and manage one of these accounts.
  • You earn commission on any purchase from this account.
  • You must have the username/customer number and password to access these accounts. You can look up customer numbers inside the Reseller Control Center, but you do not have access to customer passwords.

Discount Customer Account

  • An account for purchasing products from your Reseller storefront at the buy rate or wholesale price.
  • You do not earn commission on purchases made in these accounts and therefore the purchases do not display in your commissions report.
  • A discount customer account is automatically created for you when you set up your Reseller plan.
  • You can choose to add this status to any customer account under your Reseller plan. For instructions on adding this status, see Managing Discount Pricing for Your Reseller Customers.
  • You must have the username/customer number and password to access these accounts. You can look up customer numbers inside the Reseller Control Center, but you do not have access to customer passwords.
  • Note: An easy way to know you are making a purchase in a discount shopper account is the $0.25 transaction fee displays in the shopping cart when making purchases.

Sub-Reseller Account

  • An account set up as a customer of a Super Reseller.
  • You can only purchase Pro or Basic Reseller plans in a sub-reseller account.
  • Super Resellers make commission on the sale or renewal of a Basic or Pro Reseller as well as commissions from the sub-reseller's product sales.
