As of Nov. 23, 2013, we no longer offer a free Web statistics program bundled with our Web Hosting accounts. If you're not sure if that's the type of account you have, see What type of hosting account do I have?
Any data from that program you had stored in your hosting account was available until Dec. 23, 2013. For more information, see Viewing Traffic (Apache) Logs in the Hosting Control Panel.
If you still want to collect statistics about your website's visitors, we encourage you to use a third-party app. To help you understand how that works, check out A Primer on Website Stats.
