Managing Your Server Through Gateway

If you have a server that uses Gateway (more info), you can find a lot of information about your it in the management interface, as well as perform important tasks, such as resetting your server's password and launching its control panel.

To Access Your Server's Gateway

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Servers.
  3. Next to the server you want to use, click Manage.

Server Details & Resources

Most of the information you need about your server, including your resource usage, IP address, username, and active sites displays right here.

Control Panel Sites

How you managed which element depends on which control panel you're using:

cPanel (Linux)

Sites — Click Manage cPanel.

Server — Click Manage Server (WHM).

Plesk (Windows)

Sites & Server — Click Manage Server (Plesk).

Server Management

Use the following sections to manage your server:

Monitoring

Managed and Fully Managed Servers include 24/7 monitoring by NodePing. Click View Details for the monitoring report.

Patching

Managed and Fully Managed Servers include automatic patching through Windows or cPanel (Linux). Click View History for a detailed report for the most-recently-patched files.
