Changing SiteLock Email Settings

By default, SiteLock emails notifications to the email address on your IX-ONE DOMAIN HOST account. However, you can change that email address, as well as which emails you receive within the SiteLock dashboard.

To Update Your SiteLock Email Address and Settings

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click SiteLock.
  3. Next to the SiteLock account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. Go to the Settings tab.
  5. Go to one of the following tabs:
    • Email Subscription to change which non-scan related emails you receive.
    • Scan Notification to change your notification email address, and whether or not you receive scan alerts.
