Logging in to cPanel Shared Hosting

Logging in to cPanel lets you control your hosting account, letting you upload files, create email accounts, among other things.

To Log in to cPanel

  1. Go to http://your domain name/cpanel
  2. Enter the following, and then click Log in:
    Field What to enter...
    Username Your primary FTP username (more info)
    Password Your primary FTP user's password (more info)

You can use this method of logging in to give someone access to your hosting account without giving them access to your customer account.

You can also access cPanel through your IX-ONE DOMAIN HOST customer account.

Accessing cPanel through Shared Hosting

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Web Hosting.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.

That's it! You're in cPanel.
