Adding IP Addresses to Your Dedicated Server

After requesting additional IPs, you must configure your server to accept traffic on them. How you add these IPs depends on your server's operating system, firewall, and IP configuration (config) method.

WARNING: You must configure additional IPs on your server using the correct configuration method for your server. The method needed for your server can only be found in the Hosting Control Panel.

To Access Your Server's Documentation to Add IPs

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Servers.
  3. In the Server IP Address section, next to Config Method, click Help.
  4. Click the link that displays.
