There are different ways you can download files and folders to your hosting account.

To Download Files Using the FTP File Manager

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Web Hosting.
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. From the Tools section, click File Manager.
  5. Use the directory tree to select the file or folder you want to download.
  6. Click Download.

NOTE: To download folders from the File Manager, you need to archive them first. For more information, see Archive files and directories.
