Backup Website

A backup of your site is automatically created whenever you publish it, restore it, select a new theme, or restart your device.

  1. Log in to your Website Builder account.
  2. Click Edit Site, then click the three-bar icon in the top right corner of your screen and select Site Settings.
  3. Click the Backup/Restore tab, and then click Create Backup.
  4. Once the new backup is created, click OK to close the window.

NOTE: Website Builder creates up to five backups, replacing the oldest one each time. There's no time limit on using the backups. To use a backup to recover your site, see Restore Site from Backup Files. (In version 6, go to Site tab > Manage tab > Backup/Restore.)
